Sanja Pešić

Sanja Pešić (born November 7, 1970, in Belgrade) is a distinguished business leader and marketing professional with over three decades of experience in the advertising industry. She holds a degree in Economics and began her career in 1992 at Ogilvy & Mather, where she gained a strong foundation in marketing and communications.

As early as 1994, she became part of a pioneering team that laid the groundwork for the development of out-of-home (OOH) advertising in Serbia, contributing to the establishment of what would later become Alma Quattro. Over the years, she held several key leadership roles, including Director of Air Media and Europlakat, as well as Chief Financial Officer of Alma Quattro, building extensive expertise across all areas of business operations and strategic development.

Since 2015, she has served as Executive Director, and in 2016 she was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Alma Quattro, the leading OOH advertising company in Serbia and part of the APG SGA Group. Under her leadership, the company has strengthened its market position and embraced innovation, particularly in the digitalization of advertising platforms. She is recognized for her visionary leadership, commitment to team development, and active participation in industry forums and mentoring initiatives.

In addition to her accomplished business career, Sanja Pešić is deeply committed to contributing to the broader community. As President of the Board of the Music Art Project, she brings her experience, values, and leadership to support initiatives that empower children and young people through music. She believes in the transformative power of art and the beauty of music as forces that shape more inclusive, hopeful futures—especially for those who actively engage with them.
