TERMS OF USE

Donating

The donation process consists of the following steps:

  • Entering the donation amount

The donor can choose from three suggested donation amounts and suggest the donation amount. If he/she chooses to enter the desired amount himself/herself, he/she must enter the amount he/she wishes to donate in the field labeled “Other Amount” on the website. Donations and all transactions on our website are made in Dinars (RSD). If the User’s payment card is not linked to a dinar account, the amount of the transaction in dinars will be converted into the currency of the User’s account according to the exchange rate of the bank where the account was opened, i.e. the issuer of the payment card. Due to the aforementioned conversions, certain deviations from the original transaction amounts are possible. The minimum donation is RSD 800.00. Music Art Project is a non-profit organization and is not included in the VAT system, so it is not calculated on donated funds.

  • Verification, confirmation and payment of donation

Donations on our website can be made in one of the following ways: by payment cards – VISA, Maestro or MasterCard, which support payment via the Internet. Payment by card is realized in cooperation with AllSecure doo and AIK Bank and is done in a safe and certified way through the AllSecure Paymet Gateway, by simply entering the data from the payment card.

After entering the card details and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and the donation is approved.

Check with the bank that issued your card to see if it supports Internet payments.

  • Protecting Confidential Transaction Data

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system as the current state-of-the-art cryptographic technology. Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, AIK Bank, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s website. Payment card information is not available to our system at any time.

  • Complaints

In case of any difficulties related to the donation, the donor can contact us at the following e-mail address: donatori@musicartpro.rs

  • Refund of donation
